I work exclusively with medical students and doctors at every stage of their careers from medical school through to specialist practice.
My coaching is tailored to the individual. I work regularly with people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences including neurodivergent clients, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTGIA+ people and International Medical Graduates.

All coaching sessions are delivered online, allowing you to access coaching wherever you are in Australia.
-
Absolutely. In fact, it’s probably one of the most common things I hear.
Many of my clients arrive feeling anxious, overwhelmed or worried they’ll say the wrong thing. Some struggle with performance anxiety, imposter syndrome or confidence. Others simply haven’t had a space where they feel comfortable talking things through.Medicine can be incredibly demanding, and it’s not uncommon for people to carry stress, self-doubt or the weight of difficult experiences. You won’t be judged rushed or expected to perform.
There is no expectation that you have everything figured out. We start wherever you are.
-
Not at all. Many people come to coaching knowing something isn’t working, but they’re not sure why or what to do next. Our first session is about understanding where you are now and establishing what you’d like to work on.

While I’m also a qualified psychotherapist, coaching through Evolve Coaching and Consultancy is not therapy or mental health treatment. Coaching focuses on helping you move forward, develop tools and techniques to achieve your personal and professional goals.
