Yaama, I’m Bee!
(some may know me as Bianca)
I’m a proud Kamilaroi woman, wife, mum, psychotherapist, coach and medical workforce leader and those parts of my life shape how I show up as a coach. They’ve taught me resilience, empathy, the importance of connection and that success looks different for everyone.
My Experience
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked nationally across medical workforce in education, health and not-for-profit sectors, supporting medical students, junior doctors and senior clinicians through some of the most challenging and defining moments of their careers.
My career has given me a unique perspective on Medicine from both sides of the table. I’ve worked in medical workforce management, recruitment, career development and leadership, alongside coaching individuals as they navigate interviews, exams, training pathways, workplace challenges, performance anxiety and career uncertainty.
My career has given me a unique perspective on Medicine from both sides of the table. My work with specialty medical colleges, universities, health services and professional organisations, I’ve developed a deep understanding of medical recruitment, specialist medical training pathways and selection processes. I understand the expectations, challenges and opportunities that exist at every stage of your medical career.
What makes my coaching different
is the combination of psychotherapy and coaching. Practical strategies matter, but so does understanding why we think, respond and sometimes hold ourselves back. My approach brings together supporting people to build confidence, navigate challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Passion
Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: my passion for welfare and wellbeing. In 2019 I was honoured to receive the AMA (NSW) DiT JMO Manager of the Year Award, followed by the AMA (NSW) DiT JMO Unit of the Year Award (as an individual) in 2020. Those awards are achievements I am proud of, but what they really represent is my ongoing commitment to advocating for students and doctors and creating environments where people can thrive.
The privilege of my work
One of the greatest privileges of my work has been walking alongside people during some of the biggest moments of their lives, helping them find confidence when they’ve lost it, navigate setbacks, celebrate successes and discover that they are capable of far more than they believed,
If we work together, you’ll find someone who genuinely cares, who will challenge you when needed, celebrate your wins and create a space where you can completely be yourself.
I look forward to being part of your journey.
Take Care,
Bee
